  John Davis and his wife Suzanne run an efficient and respectable funeral home business. Our family entrusted their family with the arrangements for my grandmother in February and my grandfather this month, and John could not have been more pleasant to work with. He was prompt, attentive, polite, answered all of our questions, and even said a few very kind words at my grandfather's service because he worked professionally with my grandfather for a number of years. He is patient and will discuss all important aspects of the service with you in detail, and his wife is very kind and caring and will make you feel well taken care of during your time of loss. I would highly recommend this funeral home to entrust with the final care for your loved ones.

  John Davis, owner, does not represent a kind, caring, compassionate individual with a focus on serving his customer. My recent experience and observations of any display of the above mentioned qualities gave evidence he has a lot to learn. Unfortunately his arrogance and self-righteous style clearly stood out. Sadly, this was while dealing with a family he knew very well.
  I would never seek out or recommend the services of this establishment given there are several others in the area that will live up to basic expectations and more. There is no excuse whatsoever to run this type of business and yet so abjectly fail customers under the umbrella of care/compassion. It pained me to give a 1 Star rating but that is required in order to post this review.
